This home purchase had a few more twist and turns than usual, my husband and I were on opposite coasts during escrow and closing. We only had a few minor problems that Chad assisted with patience and professionalism in resolving.

Chad was very helpful through the whole process. He found us the perfect house. He quickly replied to all texts and emails. He spotted damage due to a bug infestation that was missed on the inspection and had the sellers fix it. It cost over $5000. That was a great save. We couldn't be happier with Chad as our realtor.
