I provide bookkeeping services using Quickbooks Software. We also offer payroll services. I am a Certified Quickbooks ProAdvisor. I am a CTEC registered tax prepare for California. I offer tax preparation for Federal and state returns for individual and business.

How long have you been in business?
I started my Bookkeeping Business in 2010 officially, but had worked as a bookkeeper in a variety of business since 1981.
What is your primary product or service?
Bookkeeping services using QuickBooks. I offer QuickBooks setup and training, data entry, payroll services, sales tax filing. In addition I also offer complete Income tax preparation services for Personal and business tax returns.
This Past fall we became a CEE with a CEC for Covered CA health care exchange. We offer Free enrollment service with our Certified Enrollment Counselor. For business we can schedule seminars to help employees understand their options with Covered CA.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I have been a business owner of a variety of retail, online and agricultural business over the last 40 years. During that time I have also worked for other business as a bookkeeper, tax preparer and office manager.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
I offer more personal and individualized services. Bookkeeping or tax services can be onsite at the clients place of business or my office. We try to be flexible to meet the needs of new and growing business.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
I currently just work out of one location and anticipate we will be hiring more staff in the coming year.

We are located in Sheridan California. Take Hwy 65 to Sheridan, head west on Riosa Rd. thru Sheridan. On the edge of town make a left turn on to Andressen Rd. Continue on Andressen Rd to 6900 Andressen RD. and we are located on the right. During Tax Season we do have extra signs to direct you to our office from Riosa Rd.
What type of payments do you accept?
We currently accept Cash, checks and major credit cards (MC, Visa, Discover and AMEX)
Which areas do you service?
We serve south Placer County and west Yuba county at this time.
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
Our company is owned by Rebecca Neilson, who runs daily operations.
What are your hours of operation?
Typically our hours are M-F 8-5, however during tax season we offer some evening and Saturday appointments. We encourage you to make an appointment as we are sometimes out of the office providing services on site for our client's.
What is the best compliment anyone can give you?
That we were able to help them understand their bookkeeping and taxes to help them save money.
