How long have you been in business?
I have just started my 12 year in business.
What is your primary product or service?
I am in the beauty industry and I primarily do permanent makeup .
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I am the owner of Lasting Looks located inside the Permanent Cosmetic Clinic. I believe I was born with some artistic abilities and at the age of 9 I won a drawing contest and was awarded a scholarship for art lessons at the museum of fine arts of El Paso Texas. Later in life I trained with Revlon, Max Factor, Cody to name a few, never realizing my training would assist me in a career years later.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
I believe what sets as apart in our industry is the fact that we do permanent makeup day in and day out. With the use of local anesthetics and a proven method of induction we have greatly reduced pain during the procedure. Most of our clients are so thrilled by the lack of pain and the end results that their referrals have allowed me to build a business primarily by word of mouth. I am also quite happy that my work is being recognized by many of the local plastic surgeons who regularly refer to our office.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
I currently have an office in Fair Oaks.

I am located inside the Permanent Cosmetic Clinic located on the corner of Greenback and Fair Oaks Blvd.
What type of payments do you accept?
I accept all forms of payment.
Which areas do you service?
I service all areas. I have clients from all over the United States.
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
I am available by appt. but usually can be found in the office on Mondays, Fridays and Saturdays.
What are your hours of operation?
My hours are based on my scheduled clients but I do work with each client to meet their needs.
What is the best compliment anyone can give you?
Each time I am told by one of my clients that they are so impressed on how soft and natural they look. The fact that they are being complimented by friends and family makes them happy and in return in makes me feel very fulfilled. I love to make a positive change in someone's life and lucky to have career that I so love doing.

I never said it would be easy I just promised it would be worth it.
